It's a good truck, but like any machine with 135k+ miles on it, it is going to run into issues from time to time. 1 Stop Auto repair fixed my truck up in record time and at a surprisingly affordable price. My power window mechanism broke, leaving me with a wide open window during the rain and cold snap. 1 Stop Auto Repair came to my attention through a mutual networking group that Andres, the Owner, and I are a part of. I needed a malfunctioning Cadillac CUE touchscreen removed and a refurbished one I purchased separately put in place. Electronics I would never mess with on my own. Andres was very professional on the phone and asked very important questions I verified to make sure the process was as easy as possible. I dropped off my ATS-V last night and by the morning the replacement had been completed. Hiram, the Service Manager who handles daily operations was also amazing on the phone with providing updates and making sure the request was executed seamlessly. As a customer overall, I was very impressed the transparency. judgment, honesty, pricing, and quick turnaround for the scope of work involved. I am very happy having a functional touchscreen again in my Cadillac and would gladly refer 1 Stop Auto Repair to my friends and colleagues and will return for future repairs and upgrades.

Update: 2/21/24 - Another great service, the team does a great job and glad we found this place. This is the only shop we take our cars to for service. Andy and Bobby are stand up guys. You do not see that much these days. As I sat in the waiting area, I was listening to Bobby speak to people on the phone, he did not try to sell them on services that needed to be done but on the contrary, he tried to save customers money. All employees at the center are paid a salary, not commission, this is great for the customer beciase the mechanic, will not push any services that are not needed inorder to receive a bigger paycheck. I got my truck and my wife's vehicle serviced here, and will definelry be returning!

Could not get my 2008 E-350 out of park. Did a battery trick too get It to their shop. Was told a week out. When I brought it in, the mechanic finished my sentences when I reinterated the issue. He and his employees obviously had the experience. 2 days later I got a call to pick it up. Brake sensor and multiple fuses along with correctly rewiring said sensors. They replaced all shorted out bulbs as well. These are the kind of mechanics that the world needs more of.

This time out they saved me $200.00 and fixed some things they didn't charge me for. This is a great shop and they are very good people! If you are looking for an honest, hard working, and good mechanic 1 Stop Auto is the place. These guys are the BEST!!!! They are fast and efficient and their prices are awesome! They fixed a major problem with my head gasket, alternator, and a/c for a lot less than other shops are charging and the work was done fast! My 09 4runner was giving me problems with 02 sensors and catalytic convert issues. I couldn't figure it out. These guys had it figured out and back running correctly in a couple hours. Update 2/8/23: These guys are still amazing! The best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with across 5 cities that I've lived in. I stumbled on these guys because a client referred me to them on a morning that my truck decided it wanted to misfire. I immediately left the client and took it over and they said that it would probably be 2 days before they could get to it. I really was looking for someone honest to service my truck on a regular basis so I said no problem, and took an uber to Avis and rented a car. To my surprise, they actually had my truck ready in two days. I even took it back the same day because I decided I wanted them to service my brakes as well. They never put any parts on my vehicle without first running it by me nor did any labor without me knowing about it first. I ran a repair shop and I can tell you, it's very appreciated when a shop will call and inform you of any issues and concerns before moving forward. I highly recommend this place. They have a customer for as long as I live in SWFL. If you go by there, tell 'em A.D. sent you ?

He was upfront and transparent about the price of the job, provided me with a quote over the phone since I knew what needed to be repaired. They got me in quick, did a great job repairing my vehicle and they also have the best prices in the area as I called around to 15 other shops before going with 1 Stop. The previous shop that diagnosed my car wanted to charge me over double ($1500) what 1 stop charged me for the same repair. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Awesome place of business! I took my truck to Firestone for a new rack and pinion and after Firestone installed it it leaked really bad. Took it back to Firestone four times and they could not fix it. Took it to 1 Stop Auto Repair and with in a few hours they found that Firestone installed it with no O rings! 1 Stop fixed it and it was really cheap to have done. I then got new front breaks from 1 Stop and it was easy and the price was awesome! I'm going back to 1 Stop to have my break power booster replaced. I have found a really honest place to take all my vehicles!

I just came in because my back tires are wobbling and he was very honest and sincere. He said I needed new rims and gave me advice. I definitely will be back here once I get the rims. Never been to a mechanic who's as honest and kind as these guys. To clarify he did offer to put rims on but told me the cost. It was not unreasonable, but I was told I could get them probably cheaper if I went to a pick and pull. You cannot and will not go wrong with them.

I own a seasonal residence in Cape Coral (permanent home in Illinois). Our 2012 GMC Acadia Denali started overheating the day that we were getting on a plane and heading back to Illinois. We took it to another shop and they said it needed a head gasket and they recommended it to 1 Stop Auto. We were out of town and Joshua and the crew had my car towed to their shop, diagnosed it as only a water pump (not a head gasket), completed the repairs in a day and made arrangements for me to have someone have the car picked up at my convenience since we were out of town for a month. Great shop and great people. Highly recommend and will use again!

They did some major repairs on our Saturn 2 days ago and the engine was running like a dream. Today, after we heard a loud noise whenever we braked or accelerated we took the car straight back to the shop. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. So I had an job interview and right when i started driving a screw got right into the edge of my rear tire and I called 1 stop auto repair and Andres(the owner) answered right away, explained what he could do and told me to swing by because it was a quick fix. So I pulled over to the shop and gave him the keys, he took a look at it and that was where the excellent customer service that he provided me got into action. He explained me all my options and what would be the best, and not the best to do (all with very affordable prices). Long story shorts, I ended up buying a new tire from him and I didn't have to worry anymore, I had another tire that i had changed recently so he did the rotation and aligned everything and I was more than happy. I made it home safely and it was really fast and I will definitely come back to do inspections for future cars and he has become my go to mechanic from now on! I really think that this place goes that extra mile to make customers more satisfied and feel like they are priority which is what I experienced. Thank you very much Andres, and staff! I had a 1988 Eagle that they kept in great condition, as well as a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan, a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, a 2000 Buick Century, and they ALWAYS have been HONEST, fair-priced, and have excellent diagnostic and repair skills. They have been working on my cars since 2007 and I have NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever! You won't get "upsold" and they will alert you to potential upcoming repairs and tell you how urgent those may be so that you don't have any surprises. On several occasions I have thought the repair would be an expensive replacement, and they have been able to do a less expensive repair that worked just fine. It is very hard to find honest mechanics these days. Andy is TOP NOTCH!! I was able to find my transmission cheaper because "I know a guy" and Andy did not take this opportunity to jack up my charges because I only needed him to install my transmission. My car was ready when promised and runs fantastic. I won't use another shop in Cape Coral so long as Andy is open. It made me feel great when the Budget Tow Truck driver told me that Andy's shop was a great shop and honest people work there and that I didn't have to worry about getting raked over the coals. He was so right.

These guys are amazing. They helped me get my very broken car to their shop free of charge so I wouldnt have to call a tow truck for such a short distance. Besides being top notch in their customer service department, they are very fair and honest with their work and pricing. I came to get my alternator replaced, and left with so much more. Turns out I just needed a new belt, and they fixed my alignment and brakes as well. All this ended up even less than the estimate. Again these guys are the best, definitely the only place I'll go to in southwest Florida for cars again .

this is an excellent repair shop. very honest. I recently took my car to the dealership for an oil change, and they recommended 3 additional things to be done...all concerning the brakes. Because the car is a 2014 Hyundai Sonata with less than 40,000 miles on it I became suspicious and declined the repairs. I took the car to 1st Stop (my husband's mechanic) for a second opinion. Lucky I did. As it turns out two of the recommendations were not even close to being needed. The third, a fluid flush, was needed BUT 1st STOP's charge was 1/2 the dealer's estimate. Good place and nice people.

My car was leaking water, from and radiator and from a bustedhose, going into the radiator. I was filling the rdiatir with water, every time, I went anywhere. Two, sometimes three and even sometimes four time a day, just to be able to get from point A to point B. It was time consuming, frustrating, stressful and drained all my energy , just to go anywhere, every time I'd go out. I took my car to , One Stop Auto qzb Repair, in Cape Coral, at 2023 Del Prado Blvd. Its adjacent to St Vincent De Paul, Thrift Store. Bingo, the car was courteously and diligently worked on and now, the leak is gone and the repair was done, for so much, much less, then I could have ever imagined. The leak has not returned, it doesn't heat up and I don't have to keep filling the radiator with water anymore, which was hurting my car cause the water turns the metal inside the radiator rusty, which in turn damages the car, even further, till it could ruin it permanently, all together, beyond repair. So, if you are having a problems with your car, I suggest and recommend , you take it to, One Stop auto Repair, And get an estimate, for the work you need done. I think you will be glad you did. The owners name us Andres Perez, tell him, Mickey sent you. The guy, whose car is running great. Thank you Andres and the whole crew. I'm glad, I made the STOP, INTO "ONE STOP"...

I had gone to a few other mechanics before I finally found out about 1 Stop Auto Repair (previously 3M). I have always had a comfortable experience with them. Their prices are very reasonable. During one visit over a year ago, I had some work done. Something else (don't remember what it was now) needed adjusting. They took care of it for me and didn't even charge me to take care of that adjustment. Once, they've told me about a concern that could be an issue in the near future, but they don't (like other mechanics) try and make you believe other things need to be replaced or repaired that really don't. I highly recommend 1 Stop Auto Repair.

When I first moved to the area I was told local auto mechanics have a reputation for being less than completely honest and also charge outrageous fees. No one could even recommend a mechanic to me. Finally a friend told me about the great experience he had with the guys at 3M's--honest, competent and reasonably priced. Then I read other reviews here that said the same thing. I went there because I thought my car had a bad alternator. Miguel confirmed that was the problem, and replaced it at a very reasonable cost. He guaranteed the alternator for life and the labor for a year. A month later it appeared the new alternator went bad. As promised, it was replaced at no cost. It initially appeared there might also be a problem with the car's computer. A reasonably priced used one was found and was shipped to the shop. Before replacing it, the car was tested one more time to be sure. Everything tested OK. The initial abnormal testing when I brought it back in may have been due to the battery being dead from the bad alternator. Rather than replace the computer which would have resulted in parts and labor costs which they could easily have done and I would have been none the wiser, they suggested I wait and see if the problem recurred. It has not. And they did not charge me any additional fee. They now have ALL my auto business, including even oil changes. In talking with both Miguel and "Andy", they are very knowledgeable and honest, and they sincerely want their customers to be completely satisfied. And talk about customer service, Andy even drove my family and me home when we were stranded at the shop with the bad alternator. Unlike other shops that try to get extra work that may not be needed, they only do what is needed, and don't suggest unnessary work to try to pad their pockets. How refreshing and reassuring it is to have found two men who care about their customers and their reputation. It's THEIR shop--they are not employees of a big chain or of a dealership. I no longer have that helpless feeling of not knowing what is really wrong with my vehicle, or what work is really necessary and of being afraid of the cost. I highly recommend them.

Honest hard working guys that know their stuff! i brought my PT Cruiser into the shop today after setting an early appointment to find out why my car was making a pinging noise and it idled rough. Was told about their $75 diagnostic fee and agreed it was worth it. They called me back with bad news unfortunately and told me the car needed a valve job and THOROUGHLY explained the process and what they tried to do to fix it. I was told the cost would be around $1400 or so heartbroken. I love my PT Cruiser it served my business well and my family for the last 5 years. But its time to put her to bed. But I was still amazingly impressed with how well they treated me and their honest hard working efforts to help me left me feeling a bit better about the whole thing. If you need a good mechanic who isn't out to drain your wallet do yourself a favor call 3M and talk to Andre's or Miguel 2 really great guys!

Competency and proficiency is clearly demonstrated as my vehicle ran like new when all services were done. I had a great experience with 3M's Automotive. I want to pass this on to you, the reader, because it is a good thing. My car was for all practical purposes dead, I was agonizing with the prospect of car shopping. Without going into details. Someone recommended to me a new mom n pop shop on Del Prado in Cape Coral. I went there, spoke with them, they checked it out quoted me a price, I left my car in their care and hoped for the best. About 24 hours after they started to work on it, I get a text on my phone telling me of the progress they made and a picture of my engine to show me where they were at with it. To make a long story short. When the car was ready I went to pick it up and they ran a list of what was done because it needed to be done for the car to run how it's supposed to. I thought, oh well here it comes. The man said this is what we quoted that's how much you still owe us not a penny more. The work is guarantied for 12 months or 12k miles. A week later I get a call asking me how the car is doing and to tell me if I thought there is anything at all not right to call or bring it back immediately. These guys are so confident in the work they do that they will be installing cameras all over the shop so customers can go on line and check on their car live as they are working on it. By the way one part they could've replaced they took out and cleaned it to save me money and it works like new, so does the car. It's been almost 3 months and the car runs like the day I took it out of the dealer when it was new. I was amazed when I checked and I am getting 29.8 MPG in the city on a 2000 Civic. This car feels like it can handle another 100k miles. I rarely if ever recommend anyone but here they are it's 3M's Automotive. By the way, as far as mechanic's shops go, this is the cleanest I remember seeing.

I was referred by a friend at works husband to come here b/c i'm a single mom and my car needed to be fixed and I don't know much about cars and the last time I went to Tire Kingdom they charged me over 400$ to have something on my brakes fixed:( needless to say I was desperate for someone trustworthy and won't rip me off to fix my car. I was greeted by the owner (his name was ..Miguel Gonzales) when I walked in 3M's auto this morning:) I did not say who sent me b/c I wanted to see if everyone gets the same service weather he knew of me or not b/c I was basing today's experience on future visits:) He asked me how I was doing, what was going on and said "NO PROBLEM" I will look at your car see what's wrong and come tell you before I work on it and how much!". Long story short I left a very happy returning again customer. He fixed my car took his time Answered all my questions and did not charge me as much as my rent<--you know what I mean:). As I was waiting I found out this guy who owns 3M's auto has 2 kids and a wife who also works there, she showed up shortly after myself and was very friendly:) I recommend 3M's aotomotive to everyone:) If you want honest and trustworthy this is the place to go:)
